You get one Amethyst laser natural stone similar to the ones pictured. The stone(s) you get will be the size you choose. The small is approximately 1/2 to 1 inch and the medium is approximately 1-1.5 inches.

For scale, the coin pictured is a US Dime which is .7 inch (17.91 mm) in size. Every gift bag will be labeled with the stone name.
