Shipping from United States

Our primary method of shipping will be USPS Priority Mail. We usually ship on Monday's and Thursday's. We will send a tracking number when shipped if available.

If you are having an item shipped internationally please know we have no control over the shipping time. We have found it can take 4-6 weeks to arrive at the final destination. We also do not have atracking number for international orders. Once it leaves the US we cannot track it until it is delivered.


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will gladly Re-ship it to you but you will need to pay the shipping to have it Re-shipped.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

All refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Cancellations within 24 hrs. or prior to product being shipped will be at 100%. Once product is shipped, shipping costs are the obligation of the buyer. There will be no refunds 7 days after delivery unless an agreement is reached. All refunds will be processed after product has been returned to the shop.

Item was as described and received in a timely manner. I would order from this shop again

These were nice and shipped carefully and quickly. Since they were a gift, I do wish the descriptions of each stone was printed on something other than white computer paper, which easily bent in transit. Otherwise, exactly as advertised. Thank you!
